**As of June 25, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Reference Number 0000351658 The City has installed buffered bike lanes (bike lanes with a striped buffer or striped parking area between the bike lane and the vehicle lane) at three locations: Garrison Street between Jewell Avenue and Mississippi Avenue Denver West Parkway between Denver West Drive and 20th Avenue Harlan Street between Virginia Avenue and Bayaud Avenue This project will upgrade these buffered bike lanes into separated bike lanes by installing plastic curbing and posts in the buffer area to physically separate bicyclists from vehicle traffic. The Work consists of furnishing and installing the curbing and posts along the three corridors according to the layout shown on the plans. All Work will be performed on City of Lakewood collector roadways. The Work is anticipated to begin in June 2024 and be completed before October 2024.
