A closed solicitation is below, for reference: Reference Number 0000352646 This RFP is being issued to procure professional Community Engagement, Architectural, Engineering and Furniture, Finishes and Equipment (FF&E) services for a 30,000 sq ft library facility at Candelas Parkway, West 92nd Drive, and Wilkerson Ct.; there are two (2) vacant lots within the boundaries described that are listed as three parcels, in the City of Arvada. The construction budget for this project is $25,970,270.00. The FF&E budget (including shelving), included in the construction budget, is $1,230,000.00. The design for the library must be within the stated budget.
