This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the King County (County) Department of Local Services, Road Services Division (RSD). The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for vegetation and landscape maintenance services, on an as-needed basis, within King County right-of- way or easements, alongside King County roads, project/program sites, and RSD mitigation sites throughout the County. King County will not be limited, restricted or bound by this dollar value, nor shall the County be obligated to purchase any items contained in this ITB. The initial term of the Contract will be one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewals, subject to the termination clauses contained herein. King County reserves the right to extend the Contract term if determined to be in the best interest of the County. All questions and clarifications must be requested in writing and directed to the Contract Specialist and Alternate Contract Specialist no later than seven (7) days prior to the due date specified in the solicitation. Questions about this ITB may by submitted on or before the deadline by emailing the listed Contract Specialist or Alternate Contract Specialist. The County reserves the right to cancel the ITB at any time. The County may change the date and time for submitting bids prior to the date and time established for submittal via an Addenda.
