Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 250,000-square-foot, two-story above grade swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
EllisDon is requesting bids for Tender Package 2 of the New Lac La Biche Aquatic Facility project. The project encompasses the addition of an aquatics facility to the existing BOLD Centre Recreational Facility. This early works tender package includes scopes as described in the TP2 Tender Documents. The intent of this tender package is to receive pricing on the following scopes: Masonry Insulation Metal Roofing and Cladding Membrane Roofing Insulated Metal Panel Firestopping Fireproofing Exterior Doors, Frames, and Hardware Interior Doors, Frames, and Hardware (separate Price) Curtain Wall, Aluminum Storefronts, and Glazing Exterior Drywall Interior Drywall (Separate Price) Painting Fall Arrest Systems Elevators Please note that the following scopes are currently under a design assist agreement and are not intended to receive market pricing as part of the TP2 package: Structural Steel Tile Pool Mechanical Mechanical Electrical Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
