The Coweta County School System has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from qualified vendors to pump and clean septic tanks at various facilities throughout the school district. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Mr. Ronnie Cheek, ronnie.cheek@cowetaschools.net, Coweta County School System, Executive Director of Facilities, no later than 96 hours prior to the advertised time for submital of proposals. Oral explanations, instructions, and interpretations given to proposers prior to submission will not be binding. It is the School System’s intent to provide all proposers equal opportunity to access and acquire all available pertinent information necessary to formulate a responsive proposal. Any information, specifications, plans, data or interpretations which the School System discovers is lacking and may be important to all respondents, will be furnished in the form of an addendum, the receipt of which shall be acknowledged. Any additional work required, or changes from the scope of work described herein, shall be submitted in writing in the form of a change order request prior to execution of the work. Any work performed outside the scope of work without prior written approval shall not be eligible for compensation. The Coweta County School System reserves the right to cancel the purchase order for either non-performance or poor performance of the contractor by giving written notice in advance to the contractor of its intent to do so Any reference to quantities or dollar amounts is provided as an estimate only, and shall not serve to obligate the Coweta County School System to purchase any minimum amount/service; nor shall any such reference serve to establish any maximum amount/service the vendor is required to furnish. All required work must be completed between the Dates of July 1, 2024 and July 26, 2024.
