Site work and paving for a road / highway in Glenrock, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 9,573 SY of road subgrade preparation, furnish and place approximately 1,875 Tons of Gravel Base Course, Load, haul and place approximately 8,375 SY of Owner furnished Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) on Transfer Station roads as shown on the plans. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Questions shall be submitted via the Bidding Documents Website by close of business on February 8, 2025. Site Address: 388 Wyoming State Highway 95 Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security, made payable to Glenrock Area Solid Waste Disposal District, for 5 percent of the total amount of the bid. Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Bond. Successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds each in the total amount of the bid. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state."
