Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glenrock, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Furnish and place a 12'X52' Office Trailer on 21'X56' Concrete Pad Construct retaining wall and Roll Off concrete pads Furnish and install 3000 gallon holding tank Miscellaneous earthwork and grading necessary to construct proposed improvements Bids are requested for the following Contract: Glenrock Landfill Transfer Station Site Improvements Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security, made payable to Glenrock Area Solid Waste Disposal District, for 5 percent of the total amount of the bid. Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Bond. Successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds each in the total amount of the bid. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state."
