Site work and renovation of a civil project in Glenrock, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of constructing an RV dump station and a bulk water fill station with the associated grading, utilities, and concrete work. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the Town in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each bid. The Bid Guaranty shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Agreement within thirty (30) days after such Notice is issued, The Town of Glenrock, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; Question Deadline 12/06/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing
