**As of November 5th, 2025, the project was awarded to Griffis Quality Fencing & Welding LLC, with an awarded amount of $88,297.50** The Town of Glenrock, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered. The project generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 2,410 linear feet of 6-foot-tall fencing with a cantilever gate sized for a 20- foot-wide opening. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the Town in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an Agreement with the Town, in the form supplied in the Bidding Documents, within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is issued. The project generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 2,410 linear feet of 6- foot-tall fencing with a cantilever gate sized for a 20-foot-wide opening. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered.
