Site work for a multi-residential development in Nome, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.
The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking Contractor to provide a bid for the Nome Copper to Pex Replacement as detailed in the Summary of Work. Completion date shall be on or before June 1, 2025. Final invoice by June 10, 2025. Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: $25,000 to $100,000 Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The Corporation expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, waive minor informalities, negotiate changes and to not award the proposed contract, if in its best interest. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors.
