Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work generally consists of removing and replacing the existing fire alarm system and related work at the State of Hawaii's 16-story Leiopapa A. Kamehameha office building. Bidders shall comply with all access requirements of the facility or the User Agency. Each Bidder shall bring their own flashlight and small tools that may be required to inspect the premises. Campaign Contributions by State and County Contractors Prohibited. If awarded a contract in response to this solicitation, offeror agrees to comply with HRS section 11-355, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from a State and County government contractor during the term of the contract if the contractor is paid with funds appropriated by the legislative body, at any time between the execution of the contract through the completion of the contract. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i Contractor's license classification (s) . The estimated construction cost is between $2.5 million and $5 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
