This project is being withdrawn from advertisement due to environmental permit delays and potential additional requirements. The project will be readvertised in the future (estimated late 2024) after permit conditions have been finalized.
MAJOR PAY ITEMS INCLUDE: temp. water management facility; 400 ft sed. barrier; turbidity monitoring; 200 ton contam. soil disposal; 200 cy gen. ex.; 160 sy sub. geotext; 250 ft main video insp.; 26 ft 10 in steel pipe; 32 ft 6 in sanitary pipe; shoring; struct. ex.; gran. wall backfill; gran. struct. backfill; 45 ft precast rein. box culvert; wingwall; MSE retain. wall; 75 ton agg. base; 100 ton lvl 3 ACP; 102 ft conc. barrier; 102 ft. secure barrier; 930 ft thermo striping; weed control; 30 ft type 2 fence; streambed enhancement; 58 ft 12 inch DI water pipe. Bid Alternate(s) may be exercised and added to the scope of work at the sole option of the Agency as follows:
Bid Alternate 01 - Expedited Culvert Manufacturing may be exercised by the Agency on or before July 8, 2024.
Bid Alternate 02 - 2024 Completion Date may be exercised by the Agency on or before August 16, 2024, provided Bid Alternate 01 was exercised by the deadline above. There are three Contract Times on this Project as follows:
(1) The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract required to transport the Box Culvert sections to the Project Site per subsection 00595.41 not later than July 1, 2025.
(2) The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract required to open Riverview Avenue to public traffic not later than August 15, 2025.
(3) The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract not later than October 31, 2025. Prequalification of Bidders. Prequalification is not required. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid guaranty in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the Bid. Acceptable Surety companies are limited to those authorized to do business in the State of Oregon. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
