Work scope shall include, but is not limited to, the custodial requirements of select buildings and areas within Thorhild County described as the following: Locations: Thorhild County Administration Building: 801 - 1 st Street (daily) Public Works Office: 21414 Twp Rd 600A (twice per week) Public Works Shop: 21414 Twp Rd 600A; areas include upstairs, stairs, shop foreman/mechanic offices, washrooms (twice per week) Thorhild Business Office (Old Village Administration Building): 210 - 7 Avenue (daily) Maintenance Office (Old Village Administration Building): 210 - 7 Avenue (once per week) All written inquiries received by email related to the RFP shall be directed to, Ryan Maier, Chief Administrative Officer at Email: cao@thorhildcounty.com RFP is issued in accordance with Thorhild County Procurement Policy No. 306 Purchasing Thorhild county custodian contract - three (3) year term Contract Start Date July 1, 2024 Contract Completion Date June 30, 2027
