The WV Department of Homeland Security, Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Mt. Olive Correctional Center located at One Mountainside Way, Mt. Olive WV, 25185 to establish an open-end contract for Grease Trap Pumping and Water Jetting Services. The terms listed below shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Additional definitions can be found in section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions. "Business Hours" means Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST excluding weekends and Federal and State holidays, which are as follows: o New Year's Day (January 1) o Martin Luther King Day (Third Monday in January) o President's Day (Third Monday in February) o Memorial Day (Last Monday in May) o Juneteenth (June 19) o West Virginia Day (June 20) o Independence Day (July 4) o Labor Day (First Monday in September) o Columbus Day (Second Monday in October) o Veterans Day (November 11) o Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November) o Day After Thanksgiving (Fourth Friday in November) o Christmas Day (December 25)
