Renovation of a municipal facility in Temple Terrace, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This bid will not be awarded due to the bids exceeding the budget. City Hall 2nd Floor Flooring. The Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the Contract and General Conditions. This project consists of replacing flooring on the second floor of the Temple Terrace City Hall 11250 North 56th Street, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 to include replacement of flooring to include cove base, transitions, sub-flooring, and preparation. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the estimated total bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will not withdraw from the competition prior to sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids, and, if awarded the Contract, will within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written notice of such award, enter into a written contract with the City of Temple Terrace, Florida in accordance with the accepted Proposal. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Temple Terrace, Florida, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive informalities and irregularities
