Anticipated Notice to Proceed: week of July 2nd, 2024 Substantial Completion - 322 Days after Notice to Proceed Final Completion - 352 Days after Notice to Proceed Brief Description: The City of St. Charles ("City") is requesting bids from contractors to: 1. replace existing clarifier mechanisms, drives, submerged components inlet port baffles 2. Paint the existing bridge for each clarifier 3. Replace the existing sluice gate valves in the outlet structure for the Final Clarifiers. Bid Bond of 10% is Required , Performance Bonds are 100% of the full contract price, Payment Bonds are 100% of the full contract price.
