The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority ("VIHFA") is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed United States Virgin Islands' ("USVI") General Construction Contractors ("Respondent") to construct one (1) turnkey affordable Single-Family Home at plot #260 Estate Adventure in Frederiksted on St. Croix, USVI. SCOPE OF SEVICES Provide an all-inclusive bid for work as specified here-in and in accordance with Architectural Drawings and Specifications, as per the Scope of Work. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the general types of work listed below: o Refurbish existing cistern, to include cleaning, waterproofing interior using Thor seal and painting of the exterior. o Excavate and install footings and foundation. o Install Electrical rough-in, fixtures and trim. o Install Plumbing rough-in and fixtures. o Sewer connection- tie into existing sewer lines on site. o Water Pump/Heater o Floor slab on-Foundation/Footings. o Bond Beams with isolation valves. o Block Walls o Roof o Finishes, Cabinets & Closets o Windows, Doors o Plastering o Construct a pressure treated wooden gastank enclosure 4'x4'x6' on a concrete base with a swing door o Construct a 7'x7'x8' pump room connected to the laundry room with window and access door to the rear of the house. o Final grading/landscaping- Grade to have a 2% scope away from all slabs and foundations to provide positive drainage away from house. o Reinstall Roof drains to existing cistern and suction line back Question Deadline 05/17/2024 at 4:00 PM AT All general correspondence and inquiries about the IFB should be submitted using the questions tab on the e-procurement portal
