**As of August 8, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bidders are invited to submit proposals on the Proposal Forms provided. The complete invitation to bid including specifications, drawings, and proposal forms may be obtained solely via VIPA's e-procurement platform, Ion Wave. All meeting links will be posted under the Event Tab in Ion Wave. The EEO and DBE requirements of the Virgin Islands Port Authority shall apply to this project. All Proposals must be submitted as set forth in Section 00120 "Bid Requirements and Conditions." No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days. The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any and all Proposals, to award individual phases, or to re-advertise for Proposals. Contractor must be qualified and licensed in the area or state in which he/she has their main place of business in order to place a bid or to be awarded a contract for this project. The same condition applies to sub-contractors. Prior to execution of the contract, the Contractor and sub-contractors must be licensed to conduct business in the U. S.
