The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority invites sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed contractors authorized to conduct business in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The work to be performed includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the Frenchtown Playground Equipment Project located in Frenchtown, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project consists of the demolition and removal of existing playground equipment and installation of a new playground system. This includes, but is not limited to: installation of approximately 1,562 square feet of poured-in-place safety surfacing, site grading and restoration, installation of new playground equipment, removal of an existing swing set, installation of two metal benches, and repainting of the playground enclosure walls. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable building codes, FEMA requirements, and all federal and territorial regulations.
