Site work and renovation of a civil project in Chatham, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work asshown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consistsreplacing anATSat eachfacility and associated electrical work. The work isat theChatham WastewaterTreatmentplant located at27Tanglewood LaneandSouth Side PumpStation locatedon Wilson Avenuewithin theTownship of Chathamand includes:electricalsite workand general construction. The work shall be completed within180 calendardaysof the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in theformof a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to theTownship of Chathamin anamount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. The Contract Documents may be reviewed online at no cost or at the Township ofChatham Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Chatham, New Jersey 07928, between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m The Performance Bond shall be ina sum equal to 100% of the accepted bid as security for the faithfulperformance of the Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishingmaterials inconnection with theContract. The Performance Bondshall remain in effect until completion andacceptance by the Owner as specified in the Article of the Contract, entitled "Final Estimate andPayment"; and the furnishing of the Maintenance Bond to cover the Contractor's obligations specified inthe Article of the Contract, entitled "Maintenance Period" The Maintenance Bond shall be in a sum equal to 100% of the Contract Priceaccording to N.J.S.A.40A:11-22, as security for the faithfulperformance of the Contract during the Maintenance Period,asspecified in the Articles ofthe Contract, entitled "Warranty" and "Maintenance Period". The MaintenanceBond shall be furnished to theOwner prior to completion and acceptance by the Owner as specified inthe Article of theContract, entitled "FinalEstimate and Payment" and shall remain in effect for a period oftwo (2)yearsfromsuch completion and acceptance The Owner willtabulatethebids and any award will be made to the lowestresponsible bidder in accordancewith N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Owner reserves the rightto rejectall bidspursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2
