The City of Quincy's 2024 Motor Fuel Tax Crack Seal Maintenance includes 3.6 miles of crack routing and crack sealing at seven locations in the City of Quincy. All bids shall be accompanied by either a bid bond on the "Proposal Bid" form contained in the proposal, executed by a corporate surety company satisfactory to the city of Quincy. The City Council of Quincy reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. The City of Quincy is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer and encourages minority group participation in the bidding and construction process. Prequalification through the Illinois Department of Transportation for the full amount bid will be required. Bidders are notified that not less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid to all workers performing work under this contract.
