**As of July 11, 2024, This project has been awarded to Ajax Paving, with the awarded amount of $1,098,375.71.** Work is more particularly described as 69,000 square yards of cold milling, 40 feet of curb and gutter removal, 100 square yards of HMA removal, 5,700 tons of asphalt paving, 81 tons of aggregate base and 2,000 square feet of curb ramp on M-29 with pavement markings and miscellaneous items Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable to the St. Clair County Road Commission or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid as guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.
