The work includes the following major items: a. Construction of a 500,000-gallon elevated storage tank and associated site piping. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Settlement Monitoring: A series of markers installed at predetermined locations, which locations relative to a fixed point are measured and reported. Substantial Completion: October 30, 2025. Final Completion: November 29, 2025.
