Question Acceptance Deadline 02/21/2024 01:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company on the form provided, payable to the City of St. Clair, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The deposit of the successful Bidder shall be forfeited if the Bidder fails to execute a contract and bonds within ten (10) days after award. *The City of St. Clair will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder; however, it reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates.
