Site work and renovation of a military facility in Dayton, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking small business sources for a construction project entitled Little Goose Visual Monitoring Project Security Upgrades. The work is located near Starbuck, Washington at the Little Goose Lock and Dam, Juvenile Fish Facility. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. Construction magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is four months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 and the associated small business size standard is $45,000,000.00. This sources-sought announcement is being issued to identify small business concerns with the capability to accomplish the work. This is not a solicitation. Only those firms responding to this announcement by submitting the following information will be used in determining whether to set aside this requirement. Please provide the following: A capability statement expressing interest in this requirement, describing your company and its' capability to complete a project of this magnitude and complexity. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications, applicable to the scope of this project, held by your firm and/or in-house personnel. A statement or list of your firm's current or past technical experience similar to or the same as the summary scope of work and construction magnitude for this requirement. Include a brief description of each project scope, schedule, and dollar value, and a point of contact name, phone number and email address for the contracting organization. A statement of your firm's business size and type (HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), small business). A statement of your firm's bonding capacity A statement of your firm's certification to install Honeywell ProWatch Equipment. Your response to this notice must be received, via email, on or before 3:00PM local time on 21 May 2024. This project is to replace security locks with electronic badge readers. Security upgrades will interface with the existing Honeywell ProWatch Security Infrastructure at the project and will include upgrading components of the ProWatch software and hardware to support the integration of improvements. All Honeywell components will be Government Furnished Equipment. In addition, this project will add new security barriers (fence, gate, card reader) for additional personnel safety and project security. The new fencing will not be attached to the existing security fencing and will work independently of existing fencing structures. The contractor selected to perform this work will be required to perform work to include: Vegetation/Brush removal in select landscape areas. Concrete saw cutting for electrical underground trench. Select fence demolition. Remove existing vehicular swing gate and install motor-operated cantilevered gate with two electronic card readers for ingress and egress. Install fence and pedestrian gate around base of existing exterior staircase. The pedestrian gate is to have an electronic card reader for accessing the staircase. Install six additional electronic card readers on existing building's entrances and one garage door. A total of nine electronic card readers will interface with existing Honeywell Pro-Watch system. Install electrified door hardware to interact with electronic card readers. This would include installing electrified crash bars, electrified hinges, and door position switches on all existing doors and new pedestrian gate. Install a non-electrified crash bar on one side of building's main entrance. Install card reader pedestals on cantilever swing gate and pedestrian gate locations. Install an intelligent controller interfaced with card reader input modules, window position modules inside their appropriate enclosure cabinet. Door reader and window position modules will be interconnected to the main intelligent controller, and it will be communicating with main security network. Install flexible metallic conduit, rigid metallic conduit, SCH40 PVC conduit, and cable as needed to make the system functional. Install 15 window sensors and interface with existing Honeywell system. Note: As part of this contract, the Honeywell components are required to be installed, tested and commissioned by a Certified Honeywell installer.
