Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Furnish and install 2 Exterior, Vertical Platform Lifts; 750 lb. capacity; 2 level, enter/exit opposite sides. Estimated Cost $60,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Supply and install two (2) exterior, vertical wheelchair platform lifts 2. Lifts shall conform to the following: o 750-pound capacity o 2 level; enter/exit opposite sides o 36" wide x 54" deep o Total travel height of approximately 48" o Must meet ASME A18.1-2014 Section 2 standards 3. Concrete pad/pit to be installed by the District. 4. Vendor shall provide all necessary engineered drawings. 5. Vendor will obtain all necessary permits and inspections at City and State level. 6. Material and workmanship will be guaranteed for at least one (1) year. 7. All work shall be completed no later than September 30, 2024
