As of June 24, 2024 project is not yet been awarded. Project Demo existing exterior wall and provide new OH Doors. Provide new foundations and erect new exterior spray booth with integral HVAC and Lighting and Compressed air. Provide new Fire Protection System for Spray booth Only. Provide new expansion joint between new structure and existing building. Provide Electrical and Compressed Air to new building from existing building. No Filed Sub-Bids expected due to project scope. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
