Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of: Replacement of Failing Underground Heating Piping Between Buildings and the Installation of a New Heat Pump System at the Community Building. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, HVAC, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. The Work is Estimated to Cost $232,343 General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Fitchburg Housing Authority. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
