The Project consists of: Replacement of existing rooftop make-up air unit and exhaust fans, installation of new roofmounted ductwork and replacement of existing lightning protection system The work is estimated to cost $516,013 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Filed Sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.
