Site work for a municipal facility in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The project includes the excavating of swale on the south side of Miramar Parkway from Flamingo Road to SW 145th Avenue. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, machinery, tools, and equipment that's necessary for the excavating of the swale. Excavate 1 foot/12-inch-deep swale Contractor is responsible for the hauling and removal of all excavated materials Resodding of excavated area with bahia sod is required Questions regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be made in writing to the Procurement Analyst for this solicitation, Brittany Parchment via e-mail at: jdchong@miramarfl.gov. Questions are due by Wednesday, May 15th, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any formalities or minor irregularities in the Solicitation process, and to award or not award a contract based on this solicitation, as deemed in the best interest of the City The City of Miramar, Florida (“City”) is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors (“Contractor” or “Successful Contractor”), to excavate a (1 foot/12 inches) deep/nadir “Swale” on South side of Miramar Parkway (between Flamingo Road and SW 145th Avenue in Miramar Fl) The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and performing all operations in connection with the excavating of the Swale in accordance with the Scope of Work incorporated herein.
