Reference Number 0000354843 The Town of West Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install two (2) Mitsubishi 20,000 btu 2 zone ductless heat pump system at Memorial Elementary School located at 201 Norman St, West Springfield, MA 01089. Bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of M.G.L. Chapter 149. Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. Federal Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the United States Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act also apply to this project.
