Site work and paving for a civil project in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Major work items include: Roadway Demolition, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Cement Concrete Paving, Roundabout Construction, Storm Sewer Improvements, Water Main Improvements, Sanitary Sewer Main Improvements, Landscape Improvements, Traffic Control, and Illumination. Cost estimate range: $7,300,000 to $8,600,000. Each bidder shall submit the names of the subcontractors performing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, structural steel installation and rebar installation work with whom the bidder, if awarded the contract, will subcontract. Questions by telephone will not be accepted. The Board of Thurston County Commissioners may waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids for good cause, reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid deposit, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of Thurston County is served. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
