Renovation of a medical facility in O'Leary, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Scope of Work: 1. Brick repointing in the areas indicated on the drawings. 2. Windows re-caulking for the areas indicated in the drawings. 3. Windowsills re-caulking for the areas indicated in the drawings. 4. Construction joints re-caulking in the areas indicated in the drawings. 5. Remove the full depth of existing caulking. 6. Use an appropriate wide-mouth caulking applicator. 7. All work shall meet the requirements of CAN/CSA-Z317.13-22 for Infection control during construction, renovation, and maintenance of healthcare facilities. 8. Contractors are to be aware an independent environmental company (hired by DTI) will be monitoring the requirements of the above-mentioned infection controls. Contractor is to coordinate the schedule with the independent environmental company.
