Renovation of a medical facility in O'Leary, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Community Hospital, O'Leary - Brick Repointing and Windows Recaulking Phase II. Scope of Work: 1. Brick repointing in the areas indicated on the drawings. 2. Contractor to allow for replacement of up to 1 m2 of deteriorated/cracked/broken bricks. 3. Windows, doors, and sills re-caulking for the areas indicated in the drawings. 4. Construction joints re-caulking in the areas indicated in the drawings. 5. Remove the full depth of existing caulking. 6. Use an appropriate wide-mouth caulking applicator. 7. Contractor to use dust control/mitigating tools and accessories to avoid silica or other dust created while removing existing mortar. 8. Contractor to seal/isolate the exterior heat pump installations to protect from dust and other debris created during construction. 9. The contractor is to reinstate all areas affected by the work.
