Scope of Work: 1. Visitor parking lot; remove full asphalt thickness, compact and proof roll the surface, repair any soft areas, pave 60 mm lift of type A Base, pave 40 mm of type B Seal hot-mix asphalt, and paint lines as per the attached drawing. 2. Staff parking lot; full-depth asphalt patching on areas of severe cracking and potholes, apply tack coat across the entire surface, pave 50mm surface lift of type B hot-mix asphalt, and paint the lines as per the attached drawing. Selective milling will be required to tie into adjacent pavement sections. 3. Receiving and L.T.C. access and parking; full-depth asphalt patching on areas of severe cracking and potholes, apply tack coat across the entire surface, pave 50mm surface lift of type B hotmix asphalt, and paint the lines as per the attached drawing.
