Renovation of an educational facility in O'Leary, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: 1. Removal of existing hardwood gym flooring and wall base 2. Patch and level concrete floor to suit gym floor manufacturers requirements. 3. Cut out each insert location and reinstall 25MPA concrete prior to installing new volleyball and badminton post inserts. 4. Supply and install new synthetic gym floor (14+2.5mm), complete with all game lines. 5. Supply and install new post inserts for badminton and volleyball inserts where indicated on the drawings. 6. Supply and install aluminum thresholds at all doors to ensure a smooth transition to adjust floor elevations. 7. Contractor to remove and dispose of existing bleachers as part of this contract.
