Site work for a water / sewer project in Winkler, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The rehabilitation of ten manholes using cementitious material and ladder rung replacement. Two of the ten manholes will need to be re-benched. Manholes are an average of 7-8 feet deep. Additional manholes may be added to the project scope at a unit price depending on pricing. The Site of the Project is Located Along 6th Street, 7th Street and 8th Street in Se 4-3-4w in the City of Winkler as Detailed in Drawing C-101. The Bidder shall include in its Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price, and agreement to bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in Form G1: Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price A Labour and Material Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an Amount Equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
