Project Description: Project consists of constructing a new parking lot and reconstruction of a driveway to the parking lot. Mobilization, remove asphalt. Remove concrete flatwork. Remove curb & gutter and curb wall. Remove SD inlet boxes. Remove 8" SD pipe. Tree removal. Excavation to subgrade & haul off. Excavation of topsoil only as needed. For topsoil re-use, stockpiled, placed and compacted as topsoil. Soft spot excavation & repair. HMA (heavy duty) -3", 6" road base 18" granular borrow & geotextile fabric. 8" concrete & 8" road base. 8" colored concrete & 8" road base. 24" curb & gutter (standard, mountable & spill) & road base. 6" curb wall & road base. Double curbed gutter & road base. 4" concrete flatwork & road base. 2' concrete waterway & road base. Truncated domes. Bollards. Relocate existing fire hydrant, install water valve w/ concrete collar. 6" water line & remove or abandon existing. 8" water line & remove or abandon existing. 6" RS gate valve & remove or abandon existing. Sd inlet box with frame & grate each. 12" SD pipe L.F. connect to existing SD inlet box. Landscaping, trees & irrigation. Pavement marking paint. Electrical.
