Xavier Charter School Refloor/Re-carpet You are hereby invited to submit a bid for the removal of the existing carpeting in the elementary wing of Xavier Charter School and the reinstallation of carpet/base in the same area. 12,055 sq. ft of carpet and 2094 sq. ft. of base will be required for completion. A small area of about 70 sq. ft. of VCT will need to be installed in one room around a sink as to be detailed in the in-person meeting. The type of carpet tile requested is Product # 7065 Madras 24x24 color 2398 Duck.
