The Owner's Representative should expect to provide consultation services and advice by working closely with Town and Board of Education Staff, Members of Ad Hoc Elementary Consolidation Committee, relevant State offices and officials, and the community at large on every aspect of the K-4 Elementary Consolidation Project. The Town of Windham anticipates that the SCOPE OF SERVICES will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks.
