Construction Management at-risk Services for the Lumberton Isd 2019 Bond Additional Projects Consisting of Entry Canopies, Playground Shade, and Two Concessions/locker Room Buildings. A Total of Ten (10) Copies of All Submitted Material Are Required. Supplementary Conditions to the Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager With the Lumberton Independent School District and to Furnish Performance and Payment Bonds Through an Approved Bonding Company Duly Authorized to Do Business in the State of Texas and Currently Listed in the Department of Treasury Federal Register in an Amount of Not Less Than 100% of the Contract Price, Conditioned Upon the Performance of the Contract. Attention is Called to the Fact That the Construction Manager Must Comply With All Federal, State and Local Labor Laws, Including Chapter 2258, Texas Government Code, Title 10, and the Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as Set by the Lumberton Isd Board of Trustees. Pursuant to the Provisions of the Texas Education Code Section 44.031, It is the Intent of the Lumberton Isd to Select a Construction Manager-at-risk via a Two Step Process. All Parties Acknowledge the Right of the Owner to Reject Any or All of the Proposals and to Waive Any Informality or Irregularity in Any Proposal Received. By Submitting a Proposal, Each Bidder Agrees to Waive Any Claim It Has or May Have Against the Owner, the Architect/engineer and Their Respective Employees Arising Out of or in Connection With the Administration, Evaluation or Recommendation of Any Proposal. All questions regarding clarification or interpretation of the RFQ will be submitted in writing by the Proposer, and must be received by 5:30 P.M.,5/2/2024. No questions will be addressed unless provided in writing. The District will provide a response to questions to all Proposers who have registered with District.
