Loeb Ground Water Treatment Plant (GWTP) 24" x 20" Tee Replacement and Site Work The City of Beaumont requests bids to furnish all manpower, material, and equipment to replace the existing south 24" x 20" tee at the Loeb Ground Water Treatment Plant (GWTP). The City will furnish the replacement tee with the gaskets and the two (2) tapping saddles. After installation the tee and all new components shall be coated to match the existing piping following the specification. The location for this work is 3142 Hwy 69 S, Lumberton, TX 77657. Once work commences, work shall continue until the project is complete. 2.2 Prices stated in the bid are to be firm for the period of the contract. 2.3 Any terms and conditions stated in original specifications will apply to any extended periods. 2.4 This contract may be canceled by either party by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation, shall be submitted on https://beaumonttexas.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Questions will be answered through an Addendum and posted on the IONWAVE site. Vendors who received notification of the bid opportunity will be notified of the Addendum via email. 5.2 Questions cutoff date is FRIDAY, JANUARY 3, 2025, at 4:00 P.M.
