As of 11/19/2025, this bid is cancelled. A revised project will be issued for bid shortly. It is the intent and purpose to provide for placement of two generators at Lumberton High School. The contractor is to perform all work indicated. The contract provides for the necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, electrical, controls, and all other related construction for the project. Base Bid: A. Gym Site: - Provide and install a 500 KW bi-fuel generator, including two diesel tanks and all connections to natural gas supply and existing electrical system. - Provide and install required automatic transfer switch. - Construct all foundations, including maintenance slabs. - Construct block wall enclosure, including all gates and accessories. - Complete miscellaneous site improvements as shown on the plans. B. Dome Site: - Provide and install a 600 KW bi-fuel generator, including two diesel tanks and all connections to natural gas supply and existing electrical system. - Provide and install required automatic transfer switch. - Construct all foundations, including maintenance slabs. - Construct block wall enclosure, including all gates and accessories. - Complete miscellaneous site improvements as shown on the plans, including complete installation of accessory electrical connections.
