** As of June 5,2024 , project was awarded to Pacific Coast Trane Controls but awarded amount is not available.** The work consists generally of demo existing BCU hardware, supply and installation of new building automation system, integration with existing HVAC components, complete system programming, setup of web enabled interface, and providing building owner instruction. Work shall be completed within 75 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. The City of Redwood City is now accepting bids for the City Hall HVAC Control System Upgrade Project. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. Copies of the general prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed to execute the Contract, as determined by Director of the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, are on file at City Hall, and may be obtained from the California Department of Industrial Relations website Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to City in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by City in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda e-mailed, mailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties recorded by City as having received Bidding Documents.
