Site work for a mixed-use development in Townsend, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Townsend is installing a new irrigation system to serve the existing baseball field and multi-purpose field at the Townsend Municipal Park to be supplied by two existing irrigation wells on-site. The project includes installation of PVC water service pipes from the existing wells to the proposed irrigation systems, installation of associated water valves and fittings, and design and installation of irrigation systems for each of the existing baseball field and multi-purpose field.
