Furnishing of labor, material, and equipment extension of Quinard Drive as prescribed in the bid package. Bids will be received for a single prime contract only. All proposals shall be lump sum. The Town of Cary/Fenton Development reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Base Bid work - 180 Calendar Days Includes furnishing all engineering, shop drawings, calculations, fabrication, labor (including supervision), materials, equipment and incidentals required to complete the installation of the OFFSITEAND ONSITESITEIMPROVEM ENT (Civil) - GRADING, PAVING, DRAINAGE, SIGNAGE, AND SIGNALSin strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. This includes but is not limited to the following: Erosion control measures (Temporary and Permanent) to include maintenance and approval by authorities having jurisdiction. Includes Temporary Seeding. Includes adhering to Erosion Control and Roadway plans for reinforced soil slopes. Includes geogrids as applicable. Includes Transportation M anagement plans of advanced warning signs, temporary pavement marking/ signage/ barricades/ barrels/ flagmen/ law enforcement, and removal of warning devices. Furnish and install temporary pavements (i.e. pads and lanes) and shoring, as applicable. Includes demolition of existing and temporary pavement for placement of permanent roadways. All clearing/ grubbing, demolition, mass grading, fine grading, and utility excavation (Unclassified site) within area of operations. LANDSCAPESCOPE OFWORK - Adhere to specification/ notes for soils, soil amendments, fertilizers, mulch, and staking.
