The City of West Haven (hereafter referred to as the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for an ARPA funded, boiler upgrades project that includes steam boiler replacement and re-piping of the entire school at May V. Carrigan Intermediate School, located at 2 Tetlow Street in West Haven, CT. The request for information deadline is 3 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024. Questions regarding this request for proposal should be directed by email to Tammy O Connell, Procurement Specialist, City of West Haven, at toconnell@westhaven-ct.gov. Estimated Start Date: June 10, 2024 Estimated Completion Date: October 15, 2024 For all bids over $50,000, the Bidder must furnish with its bid, a bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of its total bid price A Certified Check made payable to a performance bond in the amount of the bid (100% bond).Bidder must furnish to the City on or before signing the award contract, a payment bond in the amount of the bid amount (100% bond). The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request.
