Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dover, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Removal and replacement of all doors which open to the exterior of the building, to include replacing all frames, hardware, and hollow metal doors - with the exception of 5 locations which have storefront-type double doors to be replaced with same - as well as rekeying. See attachment 7.2 for Door List. Boiler Replacement - Scope: Removal and/or Selective Demolition of Unit 1 boiler, including disconnection of the heating water loop and assorted small plumbing connections, as well as disconnection of electrical and gas components and connections. Replacement of boiler with new unit on comparable or smaller footprint, rated for at least 6000MBH. Reuse of existing connections to heating loop and other systems, as applicable. Removal of old defective control panel and gauge board for Unit 3. Replacement of old Unit 3 control panel and new pneumatic-electric control system. $1-5 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
