Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $88,310.73. Project cost estimate range: $1,576,346.59 - $2,132,704.22 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The completion date for this project is 270 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office.
