Objective. The City intends to use this agreement for the following: A. Complete resurfacing of resilient surfaces for playgrounds, adult fitness, and designated areas for the City and County of Honolulu. B. Repairs to resilient surfaces. C. Testing of resilient surfaces. D. Ensuring that all resilient surfaces are in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and safety requirements. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all services, labor, goods, materials, supplies, equipment and other incidentals reasonably necessary for the successful completion of the work contemplated under Appendix A: Scope of Work and this Agreement.
